English Privacy Policy

Data we collect

• Account: your email address and a hashed password, used only for sign-in.
• iOS simulation only: the iOS App Store version does not offer MT5 binding or real-money trading and does not collect broker credentials.
• Push token & language: an anonymous device push token and your language preference, used only to deliver signal notifications.
• Demo trading records: your virtual (paper) trades, kept to show your own history.
• Chart analysis: chart images and optional notes that you deliberately upload are stored privately, sent to our configured AI model provider for analysis, and deleted when you delete the analysis or your account.

What we do NOT collect

• No real name, phone number, contacts, location, unrelated photos, or advertising identifiers.
• No tracking across other apps or websites. No data is sold or shared with advertisers.

Third-party services

Apple Push Notification service is used to deliver notifications. With your explicit consent before each upload, chart images and optional notes are processed by third-party AI providers, including Google Gemini, OpenAI GPT and Anthropic Claude. Providers receive only the content needed to produce the requested analysis.

Data deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time in the app: Account → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

第三方服务

通知经由 Apple 推送服务发送。每次上传前取得你的明确同意后，图表图片和可选说明会交由 Google Gemini、OpenAI GPT、Anthropic Claude 等第三方 AI 服务商处理；服务商仅接收生成本次分析所需的内容。

数据删除

你可以随时在 App 内删除账号和全部数据：我的 → 注销账号，删除立即生效且不可恢复。

収集するデータ

• アカウント：メールアドレスとハッシュ化されたパスワード（ログインのみに使用）。

• プッシュトークンと言語：匿名のデバイストークンと言語設定（シグナル通知の送信のみに使用）。
• デモ取引記録：ご自身の履歴表示のための仮想取引記録。
• チャート分析：お客様が明示的にアップロードしたチャート画像と任意のメモを非公開で保存し、設定済みのAIモデルプロバイダーへ分析のため送信します。分析またはアカウントの削除時に画像も削除されます。

収集しないもの

• 氏名、電話番号、連絡先、位置情報、無関係な写真、広告識別子は収集しません。
• 他のアプリやサイトを横断する追跡は行わず、データの販売・広告共有もありません。

第三者サービス

通知はApple Push Notificationサービス経由で配信されます。送信前に毎回明示的な同意を得たうえで、チャート画像と任意のメモは Google Gemini、OpenAI GPT、Anthropic Claude などの第三者AI事業者に送信されます。分析に必要な内容のみが処理されます。

データ削除

アプリ内でいつでもアカウントと全データを削除できます：マイページ → アカウント削除。削除は即時かつ取り消せません。
